I woke up this morning and realized I had so many sandwich options... I opted for toasted wheat bread with turkey and mozzerella, melted, then topped with garlic chives, avocado, red leaf lettuce and salt and pepper. This photos are purely to make my mom dream of enormous sandwiches with avocado.
Yoshi went crazy at West Side Market this week and wanted all kinds of fresh poultry sausages for some meals this week. Tonight, he made garlic parmesan chicken sausages topped with sauteed red peppers and onions (no onions and peppers for Chris) served with green beans and chimichurri potatoes. Sooooo delicious.
